This 30 day course includes 30-60 minutes of daily live instruction (Sun-Fri) with Flight Room owner, Jen, as she guides you safely toward getting your splits. Each day we will work on sequences designed to systematically open up the hamstrings, hips, quads and calves in order to deepen our version of the splits. We will work on both middle and side split variations and students of all flexibility levels are more than welcome. It's amazing how much progress can be made with daily focused flexibility work!

If you already have your splits, this program can help you achieve greater depth and better alignment.
