WORKSHOP: Restorative + Yin + Nidra Float • Sun, Sep 22 at 7:00PM Instructed by Jen Russell • Flight Room Central District

The first part of this special class is spent on the ground moving through restorative postures and yin poses and the second piece is a guided, floating meditation in the hammock.

Yoga Nidra
is the practice and art of Yogic Sleep. During the Nidra portion of class, you will be held and supported by the hammock as you're guided through a meditation that will allow your mind and body to slip into a deep state of relaxation. The brain will switch from beta to alpha waves, signaling the transition from activity to meditation. Receive deep rest and restoration in this extremely healing practice. Essential oils, massage and other healing modalities may be offered.
