This workshop is for anyone who is interested in releasing tight muscles, realigning & improving how their bodies feel and function. Reduce and prevent injuries! Align, tone, stretch and improve performance using Yamuna Body Rolling.

You will learn how to get impact out of your joints and will walk away with a new sense of alignment in the bones and muscles of your hips, thighs, calves, ankles and feet. Better alignment decreases the wear and tear on your body. Unnecessary muscle tension slows you down and with Yamuna body rolling, you learn to dissolve this and restore suppleness and fluidity in a way that stretching never can.
