Yin Flight + Nidra Experience

Join Emily and Lesley for two hours of sweet serenity and self-care.

This practice will begin with an extended Yin Flight practice, working the connective tissue of the body to support joint mobility while guided meditation and breathwork practices allow you to access the “rest and digest” function of the central nervous system. Bringing yin into the aerial hammock allows you to envelop yourself, creating a cocoon in which you are able to completely immerse yourself in your practice. Following yin, experience the deep relaxation of yoga nidra, a guided yogic meditation that allows the body and mind to still the movements of the thinking brain and access a conscious sleeplike state.

As we approach the summer solstice, we celebrate the completion of the cycle that began at the winter solstice. In the midst of the longest day of the year, we begin the journey into the short, darker, days; this time is the perfect opportunity to reflect, reset, and refresh your self-care routine, enabling you to shine light into your own cob-webby corners and move with greater understanding and purpose.
