This class is a playful blend of Flight Flow and Play Flight which makes it a class with plenty of movement and some fun transitions and variations on asanas.

While this is a level 1 Play Flight it is not recommend it for beginners. We encourage you to take at least 6 beginner or all levels classes before attempting this one
