Let’s play! A gorgeous union of aerial arts, dance and yoga, we’ll move through a light hearted flow with creative sequencing that adds new variations of energizing and challenging asanas and transitions. This class encourages concentration and balance and reduces stress through playfulness.






Heads up! This is a level 4 class and has the following prerequisites:

Comfortably able to invert in the fabric (rope wrap & hip hang)

Able to somersault into/out of the fabric

Comfortably move into/out of inversions independently

Able to sit up into floating straddle/vitruvian man/seated buddha

Comfortable standing in fabric

Able to flip into hip hang

Able to do four straight-leg plank pull-ups with good form

At least 3-5 Level 3 Classes (or instructor approval)
