VIBE Chill | Level 1 | Ballard

Easy like Sunday morning.

This sweet 60 minute experience helps unwind tired, grumpy muscles and fascia by pairing yin postures with whole body vibration. We'll start with a slow flow before moving to juicy holds, allowing the vibration to sink in and work its magic. "Silent Disco" headphones fully immerse you in the experience, allowing you to tune out all outside distractions and tune into yourself. VIBE Chill is medicine for your muscles + your mind and you'll leave feeling lengthened, restored (and totally chill.) All levels welcome.

Not an aerial yoga class. Yoga mat optional.
