To find balance in the body, we need both movement and stillness. Strength/Stretch/Restore is a combination class starting with 40 minutes of strength-building work utilizing props like light hand weights, a core ball and resistance band before moving to postures emphasizing flexibility and finally settling into restorative poses supported by bolsters & blankets. Great for all levels!
