Strength/Stretch/Restore (mat) VIRTUAL

To find balance in the body, we need both movement and stillness. Strength/Stretch/Restore is a combination class starting with 40 minutes of strength-building work utilizing props like light hand weights, a core ball and resistance band before moving to postures emphasizing flexibility and finally settling into restorative poses supported by bolsters & blankets. Great for all levels!

Recommended props:
One set hand weights (or get creative and use cans of tomatoes, bottles of water, etc.)
Resistance (loop) band
Core ball (or use a small cushion)
Yoga strap (or belt)
Yoga block (or thick book)
3 pillows
