Yoga Rollout (mat) VIRTUAL

Its time for a body/mind unwind!

We'll focus on some much-needed recovery work every week. Your body needs some TLC during this time more than ever! Get rid of tension and indulge in a little self massage while we are stuck inside and can’t get to any of our usual resources. Want to de-stress and tap into a more relaxed state of being? We’re here to help!

Props:
Yoga mat
Yamuna Pearl Ball OR a RAD Centre Massage Ball


Note: you will join this virtual class using ZOOM. To find the ZOOM meeting link from your dashboard:

1. Under "Upcoming Schedule," click on the class name

2. Scroll down to the notes section. You will find the link to the ZOOM meeting as well as any suggestions for class set-up/props or recommended Playlist.

Can't make the class time? You can access the replay link (please allow one hour following the end of class to allow for upload time) from your dashboard:

1. Select "Past Visits" under the "History" section in the far right column (toward the bottom of the page)

2. Click on the class name and scroll down to the notes section. The top note will include the replay URL.
