Barre Flight | Level 1 | VIRTUAL

This powerful class combines ballet conditioning, Pilates, yoga and mindfulness to cultivate strength from the inside out. We swap the ballet barre for the hammock for a brand new challenge for the core (and a whole lot of fun!) Our take on barre is inspiring, fun and produces impressive body toning and flexibility in just 10 classes. All levels welcome.

If you're joining us from home and don't have a hammock, most exercises can be modified using a chair or counter for support.
