We began as a small studio to bring freedom, fun and a whole new dynamic to movement. Our class styles and formats have evolved along the way as we honed in on what we appreciated as teachers + guides and what the students tell us they like! Heads up when scheduling your classes: as of July 1, 2019 we have TWO studios. The class titles will indicate whether the class is at our Central District or Ballard location.

Here are some tips to get started:

• If you’re an experienced flyer looking to grow, you’ll love the creative and challenging asana + transitioning in our POWER Flight or PLAY Flight
