We began as a small studio to bring freedom, fun and a whole new dynamic to movement. Our class styles and formats have evolved along the way as we honed in on what we appreciated as teachers + guides and what the students tell us they like!

Here are some tips to get started:

  • New to Flight Yoga? We recommend starting with FLIGHT FOUNDATIONS Intro Workshop, BEGINNER Flight, YIN Flight or ZEN Flight.
  • If you’re an experienced flyer looking to grow, you’ll love the creative and challenging asana + transitioning in our POWER Flight or PLAY Flight (Heads up! These have prereqs!)
  • Need to balance your mind + body in a more restoring, rejuvenating + replenishing way? Try ZEN Flight or YIN Flight
  • Looking for fitness-focused aerial? Try FIT Flight or BARRE Flight
  • Want something more grounded? Try our non-aerial VIBE Flow class offered at Ballard.
