We began as a small studio to bring freedom, fun and a whole new dynamic to movement. Our class styles and formats have evolved along the way as we honed in on what we appreciated as teachers + guides and what the students tell us they like!

Here are some tips to get started:

  • New to Flight Yoga? We recommend the Beginner Flight. This is the best place to start.
  • If you’re an experienced flyer looking to grow, you’ll love the creative and challenging asana + transitioning in our Power Flight or Play Flight
  • Need to balance your mind + body in a more restoring, rejuvenating + replenishing way? Try Urban Zen Flight or Yin Flight.
  • Not sure about hanging completely upside down? Yin Flight is a 'low fly zone'' where the hammock rests 1 foot off the floor.
  • If you are a busy person on the go or you aren't quite ready to fly, try a Yoga Vibe 30 min flow with all the benefits of a 90 min class.
