A 6-week aerial yoga series focused on aligning with the lunar cycle to find flow and build the foundations for your aerial yoga practice.
With every zodiac sign governing a specific area, each lunar flow flight will be uniquely structured to help align your body with the zodiac sign in which the Moon is positioned through standing, seated and inverted yoga positions. No aerial yoga experience is required for this series.
Each class will conclude with an extended 15 minute floating savasana in the hammock accompanied by a sound bath with crystal singing bowls and other sound healing tools
