Intro to Play Flight | Level 2.5 | Lynnwood

This class is fun and playful while staying accessible for those at Level 2. We'll combine strength, flexibility, flow and play movements. You will be constantly working on your core and grip strength and will also develop your flexibility. You'll explore transitions, movement combinations and will learn wraps and other foundational Play elements.

If your goal is to reach our level 3 Advanced Play Flight (and to be comfortable exploring more challenging sequences), this is the class for you!

Prerequisites:
Since we'll be working on wraps and other Play movements, students are required to have taken at least 5-10 Flow Flight and/or Flexibility Flight classes. It's important to feel comfortable with inversions (hip hang and rope wrap) and moving with the fabric.
