Prepare your body and mind for all that the holidays bring with Lizzy's aerial dance workshop on 12/10! This 90 minute class will give you plenty of time to warm up, work on a little technique, and learn a fun holiday combo. Stockings, sweaters (ugly and otherwise), and santa hats encouraged. If you're comfortable in your aerial practice and are looking to dip your toes in aerial dance, or if you'd just like to continue to develop your skills, this is the workshop for you.
This is a Level 2 course; to have the best experience, you should feel comfortable inverting independently, getting up to a floating straddle and holding an L-sit for at least 5 seconds.
