Light Flyer (4 Classes/Mo, All Studios): 6 Month Commitment $89 every month • 4 visits per Month • Includes four in-studio classes/month (additional drop-ins for member rate of $23) good at all studios with a 6 month minimum commitment.

This is a free mat-based vinyasa practice that will be filmed as part of a yoga teacher training course. This class is open to all levels, including yoga beginners.

Please arrive at least 5 minutes early and bring a bottle of water. Mats and other props are provided.

Note: we will NOT be using the aerial hammocks for this class. :-)
