Heads up! This is a level 3 class and has the following prerequisites:

Comfortably able to invert in the fabric (rope wrap & hip hang)

Able to somersault into/out of the fabric

Comfortably move into/out of inversions independently

Able to sit up into floating straddle/vitruvian man/seated buddha

Comfortable standing in fabric

At least 10 Level 2 Classes or instructor permission
