Fly for Maui | Autumn Equinox Flow | Level 2

Maui still needs help! The news stories have died down, but rebuilding will take some time and many are still displaced. This class is a donation-based flow built around the changing of the seasons; Melissa will help you embrace the arrival of this transitional time that guides us out of the sun and into the cozy season. Level 2: expect a yoga flow with some transitions and postures in the hammock :)

Flight Room will not be accepting payment for this class; we ask instead that you make a donation (any amount you're comfortable with) to Maui Strong or to Maui United Way, both of which are local organizations that are aware of the immediate needs of the community. Please send a screenshot of your donation confirmation (no need to include the amount) to info@flightroomseattle.com and we are happy to register you for class.
